Wesley is a graduate of Gupton-Jones College of Funeral Service, and has been in funeral service for over 22 years. He and his wife Donna purchased Buie Funeral Homes in Rison & Sheridan in 2018. In 2022, they purchased Sullivan Funeral Care (now Cole Funeral Home & Crematory) located in Kensett, as well as Ascension Crematory and Simply Cremation Care. In 2023, they purchased Vilonia Funeral Home (now Cole Funeral Home) located in Faulkner County.
Donna is a native of Camden, Arkansas and a graduate of the University of Arkansas Community College at Hope, where she received her Associates Degree in Funeral Service. She has been in funeral service for over 25 years.
Vince is a United States Navy Veteran. He spent over 30 years in the Antique Furniture business, before transitioning into funeral service. He is a licensed funeral director and serves our Conway location.
Emily Wade a dedicated Funeral Director with a passion for providing compassionate care to families during their most difficult times.
Starting her journey in the funeral industry as an apprentice at the end of 2019, Emily quickly distinguished herself through her commitment to service and professionalism. She achieved her licensure as a Funeral Director in early 2022 and expanded her expertise by becoming a licensed preneed agent in 2024. She is currently the Funeral Director In Charge of all locations.
With a solid background in accounting, Emily brings a unique blend of analytical skills and heartfelt empathy to her role, ensuring that every detail is handled with precision and care. Her dedication to her community is evident in her tireless work to support families and honor their loved ones with dignity.
Beyond her professional achievements, Emily is a proud mother of three sons. In her spare time, she enjoys floating along the Buffalo and Caddo Rivers, exploring the great outdoors through hiking, and attending local festivals. Her ability to balance a fulfilling family life with her career reflects her commitment to community, both personal and professional.
Emily Wade is not just a Funeral Director; she is a beacon of support, guiding families through their journeys with compassion and respect.
Darriel started his funeral service career while in high school at McEuen Funeral Home in Searcy in 1995. He is a 1997 graduate of Searcy High School, obtained his Funeral Directors license in 1999. He graduated Gupton-Jones College of Funeral Service in 2004, obtained his embalmers license.
Darriel is also a licensed crematory operator.

Darriel serves as our pre-need consultant, embalmer and funeral director.
Ashley is a licensed funeral director and serves our Buie & Cole Funeral Home locations in Rison & Sheridan.
Tamara is a dedicated Funeral Assistant with a strong passion for helping others during their most challenging times.
With a background that includes earning her CNA license in 2015 and her RBT license in 2022, Tamara combines her professional expertise with compassion and understanding.
Outside of her professional life, Tamara spends her time watching movies, traveling, and running marathons, activities that enrich her spirit and keep her motivated. She finds joy in supporting her two sons and husband, making family a central part of her life.
Her commitment to service and personal growth makes her not only a skilled professional but also a compassionate advocate for those in need.
