Zella Mae Adams

Zella Mae Adams, age 95, of Sheridan passed away Sunday, January 24, 2010 at her home. She was born March 12, 1914, in DeKalb, Texas to the late Russell and Della Jones Atchley. Mrs. Adams was a homemaker and a member of New Hope Methodist Church. She loved gardening and canning. Mrs. Adams was preceded in death by her husband Walter Adams on June 8, 1974.

Survivors include her son and daughter-in-law, Donald E. and Patricia Adams of Conroe, Texas; three daughters and son-in-law, Joy Jones of Sheridan, Beverly Stout of Midland, Texas, Martha and Horace ONeal of Indian Springs, Alabama; nine grandchildren; fourteen great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren.
