William Michael Ford

William Michael Ford, 72, of Searcy, passed away September 11, 2015 at the Veteran’s Hospital in Little Rock.  He was born March 15, 1943 at Abilene, Texas to the late Wilson Bridges and Abilene Marie Parks Ford.
After serving in the Army, Mr. Ford received his Bachelor of Science in 1971 from Harding-Simmons College.  He will be remembered for his unique personality as well as his love for music and joy of fishing.
He married Billie Jarvis Ford June 9, 2001 at Longview, Texas; she survives.  He is also survived by two daughters; one step-daughter, Fran Rivers of Searcy; one step son, Sid Davies and wife Betsy of Mt. Vernon; seven grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
