Tammy Renee Thompson

Tammy Renee Thompson was born July 10, 1984 to Mary Ann Thompson. She was called home on Wednesday September 9, 2015. Tammy graduated from Augusta High School in 2003.  In her youth, she attended Holly Grove Baptist Church in Augusta.  Later, she relocated to Searcy and was employed at various locations, one in which she particularly enjoyed was Jordan’s Quick Stop in Searcy.  She was so polite and loving to everyone she encountered. She loved spending time with family and friends, especially Tierra Dodson “Sis” and Deshon Jones.
Tammy is preceded in death by three uncles, James Brown, Claude Thompson, and Rickey Thompson; one aunt, Emma Thompson; and both grandparents, Captola and Cornelious Thompson.
She is survived by her loving mother, Mary Ann Thompson of Augusta; her “Auntie” Brenda L. Polk of Augusta; uncle, Ronnie Thompson of Augusta; and a host of cousins, Dewayne Thompson, Riccardo Polk, Alonzo Polk, Denise Thompson, Jimmy Thompson, Lacole Thompson, Michael Thompson, Marco Thompson, and a host of very special family and friends.

Visitation will begin 10:00 a.m. Wednesday September 16, at Holly Grove Baptist Church in Augusta until the funeral hour at 11 a.m.  Burial will be at New Quiet Cemetery.
