Tammy Ann (Pennington) Sutherland, age 58, of Jacksonville, formerly of Vilonia, passed away Sunday, December 12th, 2021.

She was born November 21st, 1963, in San Francisco, California, to Burl Pennington and Glenda Pennington George. She was a Christian and member of VIlonia First Assembly. She was a strong supporter of the San Francisco 49ers, was very competitve, enjoyed playing cards and playing softball.

She leaves to cherish her memories, her mother, Glenda George of North Little Rock; four sons, Joseph Sutherland and wife, Rachel of Vilonia; Randy Sutherland and wife, Stephanie of Vilonia; Steven Sutherland and wife, Tiffany of Vilonia; Kenneth Sutherland of the home; one sister, Shannon Hichens and husband, Fran of
Greenbrier; four grandchildren, Destiny Hataway, and husband, Haden of Vicksburg, Mississippi; Aaron Clark of Vilonia; Dakota Clark of Vilonia; Cameron Sutherland of Vilonia; as well as many friends and extended family members.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth Sutherland, her father, Burl Pennington, and step-father, Johnny George.

The family will receive friends for visitation on Thursday, December 16th, 2021, from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm at Vilonia First Assembly of God, 851 US-64 Business, Vilonia, Arkansas 72173. The Funeral follow the visitation at 2:00 pm also at the church, with Brother John Wimberly and Shannon Hichens officiating. Burial will follow at Beryl Cemetery in Vilonia, Arkansas

Pallbearers for the service are Fran Hichens, Joey Epley, Randy Sutherland, Sr., Brian Whitmire, Johnathan Hichens and Andrew Hichens.
