Sophie Grace Wilson

Sophie Grace Wilson, died peacefully in her parent’s arms on February 29, 2024. She was born to her loving parents Justin Wilson and Heather Rushing on January 2, 2024. She was the answer to their prayers. During her brief stay here on earth, she enjoyed being held close by her parents, big sisters, and family members, where she always shared the most beautiful grins and giggles. She was deeply loved by all that met her and will be greatly missed. She was preceded in death by her maternal grandmother, Marsha Rushing, her great-grandparents Ouida Bob Wilson and Johnny Hollis.

In addition to her parents, she is survived by her two loving sisters, Lynleigh Kate Rushing and Adilynn Maebree Rushing, her paternal grandparents, Brandy Hollis and Chris and Jeanette Wilson, and her great-grandparents, Dorothy Green, Allen and Barbara Wilson, Donna Hollis and many aunts, uncles and other family members.

Visitation will be from 1:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, March 6, 2024 at Bethel #2 Missionary Baptist Church with funeral services following at 2:00 p.m. Interment will follow in Prosperity Cemetery.
