Shauna Marie (Holmes) Sanders

Shauna Marie Holmes Sanders and her infant son Preston Wayne Sanders both of Hensley, went home to be with their Lord on Thursday, October 15, 2020. Shauna was born January 10, 1983 in Mena, Arkansas to Anthony Holmes and Cynthia Holmes. Shauna was a member of Lone Pine Missionary Baptist Church in Hensley, she enjoyed flowers and crafting jewelry. Shauna and Preston were preceded in death by their Granny Edith Rand.

Survivors include Shauna’s husband and Preston’s father Jessie Sylvester Sanders, Jr. , Shauna’s parents and Preston’s grandparents, Anthony Holmes and Cynthia Holmes; Preston's grandmother Vicki Williams, Preston's aunt is Cassie Mayo, Uncle Ronnie and Aunt Susie Meredith, Preston’s uncle Andy Holmes, and aunt Taleithe Martinez, numerous, family, friends, cousins and a church family who loved them dearly.

Funeral services will be 10:00 a.m., Monday, October 19, 2020 at Lone Pine Missionary Baptist Church in Hensley with Bro. Ron Meredith officiating with a visitation one hour prior to the service. Interment will follow in Redfield Cemetery.
