Serena Renee Osburn Yancey, age 41, of Hot Springs, AR formally of Bauxite, AR passed away at her home on March 4, 2021. She was born in Little Rock, AR on September 23, 1979 to the late Bobby D. Osburn, Sr. and Patsy S. (Wilson) Osburn. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one sister Carolyn S. Williams.
She wasn’t a current member of a specific church organization but would call herself a Pentecostal. She was a person who loved fiercely and unconditionally. She was kind hearted and always willing to give to those in need around her, whenever she could. She loved her children and was very proud of them. She had a beautiful voice and loved to sing country music. She was an avid Razorback fan and loved the outdoors as long as you didn’t ask her to run. She enjoyed picking flowers (daffodils) at this time of year and sharing them with those she loved.
She is survived by her children William (sir William), Brenna (pretty girl) and Carly (missy poo) of East End, AR; Kenny Cash (aka babies daddy) of East End, AR, her spouse Martin Yancey of Bryant, AR, two brother Timmy (Michaele) Williams of Fredaricksburg, VA and Bobby Osburn Jr of Rogers, AR, one sister Ann M. Osburn of Rogers, AR, and many family members, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends who will miss her profusely.
A memorial service will be at 1 pm Saturday, March 27 2021 at Little Creek Missionary Baptist Church, 1295 Highway 46 North, Sheridan, Ar. She will be laid to rest at Walnut Grove in Little Rock with her daddy. Pastor Ed Plummer will officiate the service.
