Sara Jo Hall Peters

Sara Jo Hall Peters, age 86, of Warren, formerly of Pine Bluff, went to be with the Lord, Wednesday, September 16, 2015. Mrs. Peters was born January 9, 1929 in Rison, a daughter of the late Henry and Clara Hall. She was a retired employee of the Pine Bluff Arsenal and a member of First Baptist Church in Pine Bluff. Mrs. Peters was preceded in death by her husband, James Carroll Peters; two brothers, Gaines Henry Hall and Billy Frank Hall. Survivors include her daughter, Bobbie Lynn Peters of Pine Bluff; two grandchildren, Kimberly Peters and Kristen Peters; special caregivers, Victor Mac and Lola Maroney. Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m., Friday, September 18, 2015 at Buie Funeral Home in Rison with Brother Ronald Young officiating. Interment will follow in Greenwood Cemetery at Rison. Visitation will be 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. prior to the services. Arrangements are by Buie Funeral Home of Rison.
