Santana Smith was the second of two children born to Cecil Aldridge Sr. and Elizabeth Smith Cantrell.  He was born and raised in Cleveland, Ohio.  He accepted Christ at age eleven, at Church of Christ Temple Holiness, Searcy, Arkansas.
He spent most of his childhood in Ohio.  At the age of eleven, the family relocated to Searcy, Arkansas where he continued his schooling.  As a teenager, Santana began a career distributing for Coca-Cola beverage products throughout the Arkansas area. Shortly afterwards, he married his high school sweetheart Tamika Williams.  He later transitioned into the oil industry, becoming an oil energy foreman.  Santana had a passion for the oil industry, where he was able to travel throughout the United States.
Later in life, he met his soulmate and best friend Whitney Morris. On April 11th, 2019, Santana and Whitney were united in holy matrimony. They planned to renew their vows and love for each other on April 11th, 2020.
Santana was an outgoing, happy, and charismatic man.  He loved to spend time with friends and family, sharing advice and encouragement, and always offering a shoulder to lean on.  A true family man, Santana’s proudest role was that of a father.
