Sandra Brown

Sandra Lee Tipton Brown, 80, of Enola, Arkansas passed from this life into the arms of Jesus on November 17, 2024. She was born May 25, 1944, in Dayton, Ohio. Sandra attended schools in Lubbock, Texas and graduated from Conway High School in 1963. She later graduated from Remington College with a MA degree. She had a great love for the Lord. She was a pastor's wife who taught Sunday school, was youth director and worked Vacation Bible School. She witnessed for the Lord at every opportunity. Sandra was always ready to yard sale with her best friend. She was preceded in death by her parents, Thomas and Sarah Tipton; husband of forty years, Jimmy F. Brown; daughter, Pamela Gwen Whitfield (Tim); brother, Troy Lynn Tipton of Conway, AR and sisters, Shirley King of TX and Carol Wilson of CA.

She is survived by her daughters, Paula Lynn Thompson (Bill) and Kimberly DeAnn Stafford; son, Benjamin David Brown; "other son", A.J. "Tony" LaPaunt; brothers, Mark Tipton (Darsha) and Brent Tipton (Maleta); sister, Terena Woodruff (Don); fourteen grandchildren; sixteen great-grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews; other relatives and friends; her brothers and sisters in Christ at Barney Missionary Baptist Church; and her beloved dog, MiMi.

Funeral services will be 12:00 p.m. Wednesday, November 20, 2023, at Barney Missionary Baptist Church in Enola with James Willis and Reagan Shearer officiating. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the church. Interment will follow in Marcus Hill Cemetery.
