Rosie Evelyn Rupe

Rosie Evelyn Rupe, age 92, of Hensley passed away Monday, February 9, 2015 at White Hall Nursing and Rehabilitation. She was born January 19, 1923 in Umpire, Oklahoma, the daughter of the late James Clyde Beckwith and Luetta Richards Beckwith. Mrs. Rupe served in the Army Air Corps during World War II. She is a member of Lone Pine Baptist Church in Hensley. Mrs. Rupe is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Jackere Rupe; son, Donnie Wagoner; and daughter, Carol Wagoner. Left to cherish her memory, daughter, Mary Ann Hargues of Elk City, Oklahoma; nieces, Lynn Rupe of Hensley and Sherry Rupe of Mobile, Alabama; nephews, Ted (Virginia) Rupe of Little Rock, Terry Rupe of Sheridan, and Jack Rupe of Florida; and grandchildren, Christine Wright, Pam Brayn, Bobby Hargues, Jr., and Ricky Hargues. Visitation will be 6:00-8:00 p.m., Wednesday, February 11, 2015 at Buie Funeral Home in Sheridan. Graveside services are 2:00 p.m., Saturday, February 14, 2015 at Woodson Cemetery in Woodson with Pastor Ronnie Meredith officiating. Arrangements are by Buie Funeral Home of Sheridan.
