Rosalie Smith, 82, of Bradford, passed away October 11, 2019 at her residence. She was born April 4, 1937 at Benton, Missouri to the late Luther and Katie Hopson Richardson.
Mrs. Smith was baptized in the Missionary Baptist Church and loved to read, work puzzles, crochet, listen to country music and always looked forward to family gatherings.
Mrs. Smith married Alfred Leon Smith September 13, 1952 at Pocahontas, Arkansas. He preceded her in death in February 2002. Along with her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by a daughter, Charlotte Sheffield; son, Alfred Dale Smith; three sisters and four brothers.
She is survived by one daughter, Rose Ann Warrior (Scotty) of Shawnee, Oklahoma; six grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren; two sisters, Bonnie Ledford (Robert) of North Carolina and Neoma Ruth Kennedy (Bill) of Georgia; one brother, Troy Richardson (Dianne) of Florida; as well as many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be 10 until 11 a.m. Wednesday October 16, 2019 at Sullivan Funeral Care with funeral services at 11 a.m. in the Sullivan Memorial Chapel. Burial will follow at Carter Cemetery in Russell.
