Ronnie E. Armstrong

Ronnie E. Armstrong, age 58, of Little Rock passed away Tuesday, August 8, 2017 at his home. He was born November 5, 1958 in Waukegan, Illinois, the son of the late Charles Dutch Armstrong and Myrtle Lane Armstrong. Mr. Armstrong retired from Levi Straus, after being employed there for 27 years. He is preceded in death by his parents, brother, Charles M. Armstrong; and sister, Lisa E. Knickerbocker.

Left to cherish his memory, wife, Louella Armstrong of Little Rock; sister, April D. Armstrong of Pennsylvania; brother, Scott H. Armstrong of Georgia; daughter, Tiffany R. McKinney of Alabama; son, Johnathan C. Armstrong of Louisiana; step-son, Patrick Rutledge of Cabot; granddaughters, Morgan and Ashlyn Rutledge of Cabot; and many nieces and nephews who will miss him dearly.

Graveside services are 11:00 a.m., Saturday, August 12, 2017 at Orion Cemetery in Redfield with Brother Robert Cossey officiating. Visitation will be 6:00-8:00 p.m., Friday, August 11, 2017 at Buie Funeral Home in Sheridan. Pallbearers are Eddie Wayne Lincoln, Dale Yarbourgh, Michael Andrews, Pat Rutledge, Blane McCloud, and Pat Poe. Honorary pallbearers are Chase, Lane, and Blake Rhodes and Bruce Jones. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Muscular Dystrophy Association.
