Robert Edward Parker

Robert Edward Parker, age 44, of the Macedonia Community near Rison, died, Thursday, June 21, 2012. He was born May 22, 1968, in Fordyce, a son of Ruth Boehn Parker Phillips and the late Bobby Dean Parker. Mr. Parker loved hunting and fishing. He loved his family and spending time with them. He was a 1986 graduate of Rison High School Mr. Parker was a mechanic for Tri-W Logging and was a member of Rison Baptist Church. He was also preceded in death by a sister, Bobbie Ann Parker. Mr. Parker is survived by his daughter, Bobbie LeighAnne Parker of Kingsland; mother, Ruth Parker Phillips of Rison; sisters and brothers-in-law, Paula and Charles Puckett, Susan and Dale Cash; niece, Morgan Puckett Keaton and nephew, Jake Cash, all of the Macedonia Community. Graveside services are 10:00 a.m., Friday, June 22, 2012 at Macedonia Cemetery with Brother James Wehunt officiating. Memorials may be made to the donor's charity of choice.
