Robert Dean Kimbriel of Judsonia, Arkansas, born April 11, 1950 passed away April 29, 2022 at the age of seventy-two. Born in Indianola, Mississippi, the son of Robert Edward Kimbriel and Eldeane Skelton Kimbriel. He is survived by one daughter, Deandrea Pruitt of Charleston, South Carolina, two granddaughters, Shelby Pruitt and Morgan Bass and one great-grandson. He leaves behind one sister Janice Luttrell of Kensett and two brothers Johnny Kimbriel of Judsonia and John Robert Kimbriel of Pangburn. He is preceded in death by one brother, Tommy Kimbriel. He was also blessed with a multitude of family and friends that provided him with many fond memories.
Robert Dean served in the Army and was a decorated Vietnam veteran, receiving the following commendations: Bronze Star Medal & Letter V Device, Air Medal, Army Commendation Medal, National Defense Service Medal, Vietnam Service Medal & Bronze Star Attachment (Double), Combat Infantryman Badge 1st award, Republic of Vietnam Campaign Ribbon W/Device (1960), Marksman Badge & Auto Rifle.
Graveside service will be held 2:00 p.m Wednesday, May 4, 2022. at Oaklawn Memorial Gardens in Searcy, Arkansas with viewing will start at 1:00 p.m.
