Rhonda Faye Harmon-Martindill

Rhonda Faye Harmon-Martindill, born in Houston, Texas on January 3, 1956, passed away on Wednesday, May 13, 2009 after a brave two year battle with cancer. Rhonda had been living in Rison, Arkansas. She was a daughter of Charles Dewey Harmon and Dolly Ruth Cook Harmon of Kingsland, Arkansas. Ms. Martindill was an LPN and a member of Pine Hill Free Will Baptist Church of Star City. She was preceded in death by one sister, Tracy Leigh Harmon.

Ms. Martindill is survived by her parents, Charles and Dolly Harmon of Kingsland; one son and daughter-in-law, Jason Glenn and Sherry of Springfield, Missouri; two daughters and son-in-law, Andrea McFall-Pevey and Tim of Harrison, Arkansas, Alicia Martindill of Elizabethtown, Kentucky; two brothers, Charles Dewey Harmon Jr., of Trinity, Texas, David Patrick Harmon of Kingsland; three sisters, Sonya Kaye Harmon-Ashe of Star City, Glenna Ruth Harmon-Lee of Spring, Texas, Kimberly Sue Harmon-West of Smithville, Texas; six grandchildren, Macy, Noah, Jacee, Chauncey, Hailey, Chandler and one on the way; four step-grandchildren, Troy, Bo, Lacey and Coltin. Rhonda was very much loved and will be deeply missed by all of her family and friends.

In loving memory of Rhonda, her memorial service will be Saturday, May 23, 2009 at 2:00 p.m. at Buie Funeral Chapel in Rison with Brother Jim Tollison officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Buie Funeral Home of Rison (870)325-6216.
