Reba L. Cope

Reba L. Cope age 89 of Woodlawn died, Wednesday, March 25, 2009. She was born May 10, 1919 in Cleveland County, a daughter of the late John H. Williams and Ruby Vent Williams. Mrs. Cope was a homemaker and a member of Friendship Missionary Baptist Church. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Quinton Pete Cope.

Ms. Cope is survived by one daughter and son-in-law, Patricia and Jerry Davis of Wilmar; one sister, Marcelline Clement of Woodlawn; two grandchildren and spouses, Randall and Angela Davis, Calvin and Brandie Davis; four great grandchildren, Faith Davis, Megan Davis, Austin Davis and Hope Davis.

Funeral services will be 10:00 a.m., Monday, March 30, 2009 at Friendship Missionary Baptist Church in Woodlawn with Brother Jackie Richardson officiating. Burial will follow in Friendship Cemetery. Visitation is 2:00 to 5:00 p.m. Sunday, March 29, 2009 at the funeral home. Pallbearers are Gary Cope, Dean Cope, Robert Lawson, Mike Clement, John Clement and Dennis Clement.
