Phillip Jay White, age 62, of Rison passed away Friday, September 30, 2016 at Dallas County Medical Center in Fordyce. Mr. White was born October 26, 1953 in Monroe, Louisiana, to the late E. J. and Margie Ford White. He was a 1973 graduate of Rison High School and delivered newspapers for the Pine Bluff Commercial.

He is survived by two brothers, R. C. (JoAnn) White of Rison and Ricky E. (Betty) White of Mabelvale.
