Phillip Wayne Hart was born June 8, 1961, to the late Earnest Gene and Booker Lee Hart. He departed this life on November 30, 2015, at his home in Kensett, Arkansas.
He was described by those who knew him as a loving brother, uncle, brother-in-law, cousin, and friend. He displayed unconditional love for all of his nieces and nephews. His love for people was as genuine as his unforgettable smile. Although he sincerely loved everyone, he had a special place in his heart for babies. His favorite pastimes were fishing and spending time with his family.
Professing a profound faith at an early age, Phillip accepted Christ into his life at Centennial Baptist Church in Kensett, Arkansas, where he remained a member until departing this life.
He was preceded in death by his father, Earnest Gene Hart; his mother, Booker Lee Hart; and his brother, Walter “Mickey” Hart.
He leaves to cherish his memory, three brothers; Edward Hart and Lindell Hart of Kensett, Arkansas, and James (Jackie) Hart of Omaho, Nebraska; four sisters, Shirley (Steve) Stevenson and Margaret (Claude) Smith of Kensett, Arkansas, Helen (Kenneth) Seawood of Montrose, Michigan, and Phyllis Hart of Nashville, Tennessee; three uncles, Rell Lunnie, Robert (Jackie) Lunnie, and Leo Lunnie; five aunts, Bertha McGee, Ruby Lunnie, Oletha Offord, Earnestine Barron, and Mae (Harold) Welch; eighteen nieces and nephews; thirty-five great nieces and nephews; three great-great nieces and nephews; a special friend, LeRoy Morris; and a host of cousins and friends.
Visitation will be at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday, December 5, 2015, at the Centennial Baptist Church in Kensett, Arkansas. The Funeral Service will follow the Visitation at 1:00 p.m.
Cremation is to follow funeral services.
