Patsy Turner

Patsy Lloyd Turner, age 75 of Rison, went to be with the Lord, Sunday, December 24, 2023 in her home surrounded with loved ones.  She was born March 28, 1948 in Rison, AR to the late Martin and Geraldine Green Lloyd.  Patsy was a Methodist and spoke lovingly about going home.  She was a retired truck driver of 27 years on the road where she shared the duties with her late husband Jimmy.  Patsy and Jimmy were happily married for 46 years and rarely left each other’s side. Ms. Turner was a homemaker and loved all animals dearly. She enjoyed working in her garden, keeping her yard immaculate, taking care of her numerous plants, and collecting antique furniture.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her loving husband, James “Jimmy” Turner, daughter, Holly Lyn Turner, and by her three brothers, Kenneth, Bobby, and Walter Lloyd, all of Rison.

Left to cherish her loving memory are her beloved dog, Tazz, and a multitude of family, loved ones, and friends.

A graveside memorial service will be 11:00 a.m., Saturday, January 6, 2024 at Greenwood Cemetery in Rison.
