Opal Arnold Sample, 83, of Searcy, passed away January 27, 2016 at The Crossing in Searcy. She was born November 4, 1932 at Bradford to the late Cassie Antonio Arnold and Emmie Brown Arnold King.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one brother and three sisters and her husband, Dewey Sample who passed October 26, 1996.
She is survived by four sons, Leonard, Lester, John, and Paul Sample; five daughters, Doris Johann, Lois Burpo, Leah Jaco, June Waire, and Teresa Malott; twenty-one grandchildren, and numerous great-grandchildren.
Visiting hours are 5-7 p.m. Monday, February 1, 2016 at Sullivan Funeral Care in Kensett. Graveside services are 1:00 p.m. Tuesday at Cedar Grove Cemetery near Floral.
