Nancy Sue (Mcdonald) Piercy
February 26, 1955 — November 15, 2015
Nancy Sue Piercy, 60, of Kensett, passed from this life November 15, 2015 following a valiant battle with cancer. She was born February 26, 1955 at Searcy to Max and Sammie Laffoon McDonald of Kensett who survive.
She attended Bald Knob Assembly of God and enjoyed spending time with family and loved ones. She loved traveling with her daughter Leandra and watching her play tennis. She also loved playing cards and dominos as well as reading in her past time.
She was engaged to Lendell Layne of Beebe who survives. She is also survived by two daughters, Charlotte Fox (Keith) of Crossett; and Leandra Tipton of Sherwood; grandson, Keith Fox Jr. (Becca); granddaughter Jana Fox; brothers, Richard McDonald (Darlene) of Possum Grape and Cliff McDonald (Rebecca) of Mt. Vernon; nephew, Caleb McDonald (Rebecca); nieces, Tracy Willbanks and Corri Chism (Alan); as well as a host of friends and church family.
She was preceded in death by one sister, Debra Gauthier; and grandparents, Samuel and Lorene Laffoon.
Visitation will be 10:00 a.m. Wednesday November 18, 2015 at Bald Knob First Assembly of God until the funeral hour at 11:30 with Bro. Lavon Piker officiating. Burial will follow at Kensett Cemetery
