Nancy L. Bass

Nancy L. Bass, age 72, of Pine Bluff, died, Sunday, July 1, 2012. She was born January 7, 1940 in Knoxville, Tennessee, a daughter of the late Omar Clyde Clark and Autie Barness Clapp Clark. Mrs. Bass was a homemaker and a Baptist. She enjoyed sewing, hunting, fishing and being a loving wife, mother and grandmother. Mrs. Bass is survived by her husband, Louie Bass of Pine Bluff; three sons and daughters-in-law, Ronald and Sarah Robertson of West Virginia, Louie E. Bass, William "Bubba" and Amanda Bass, all of Pine Bluff; five daughters and sons-in-law, Terasa and Terry Miller of Charleston, West Virginia, Nancy and Kel Bobb of Rowell, Brenda and John Golden, Nina and Joseph Brown, all of Pine Bluff, Jeanette Skinner of Englewood, Florida; one sister, Bobbie Walston of Knoxville, Tennessee; twenty three grandchildren, Samuel Robertson, Teagan Miller, Terynn Miller, Alissa Minchew, Tristen Bobb, Cabella Bobb, Carrie Brock, Nina Durham, Chad Lester, Kimberly Laflora, Ricky Taylor, Louie E. "Bubba" Bass Jr., Joey Bass, Keisha Bass, Rebecca Bass, Kayla Bass, Nachelle Bass, Katrina Sprinkle, Amanda Allen, Mareesha Brown, Christena Brown, Makirah Brown and Jeffery Weishiemer; seventeen great grandchildren. Memorial services will be 11:00 a.m., Saturday, July 7, 2012 at Buie Funeral Home Chapel with Brother Doney Blackerby officiating.
