Murry Ratliff

Murry Sonny Ratliff, Jr. 66, of White Hall, formerly of Rison, died Friday, December 10, 2010 at Jefferson Regional Medical Center in Pine Bluff. He was born August 16, 1944 at Rison a son of the late Murry Young Ratliff Sr., and Josie Edwards Ratliff Coats. Mr. Ratliff worked in the roofing business. He was also preceded in death by seven sisters, Lorene Green, Willie Green, Annie Cox, Eugenia King, Ruby Taylor, Frances Jenkins and Kay Rogers.

Mr. Ratliff is survived by three sons, Paul Edward Ratliff of Jefferson, Tony Mark Ratliff and Ricky Ratliff both of Pine Bluff; eight grandchildren and three great grandchildren; two brothers and sisters-in-law, Charles Buddy and Carolyn Ratliff of Houston and William Steve and Louise Ratliff of Rison.

Memorial services are 7:00 p.m. Monday, December 13, 2010 at Buie Funeral Home Chapel with Brother Travis George Officiating. Visitation will also be Monday night beginning at 6:00 p.m. until service. Cremation Arrangements are by Buie Funeral Home of Rison.
