Michael Eugene “Mike” Waggle, 69, of Searcy, passed away July 29, 2020 at Unity Health in Searcy. He was born December 18, 1950 to Wilburn and Violet Mae Waggle in Augusta, Arkansas. Mike was raised in Searcy with his 2 younger sisters, Ann and Elaine. He attended Searcy High School as a young man before enlisting. He served in the US Army briefly before a medical honorable discharge brought him back to Searcy where he met the love of his life, Aggie Florene ‘Teeny’ Rowe. The couple married May 28,1969 and raised 2 children as well as running Ozark Janitorial Service.
Mike had many roles in his life, notably he was an auctioneer and a member of Holly Springs Church of Christ. He enjoyed fishing and always had a lap dog. He was a jokester and always had a smile for his friends and family. Mike loved fishing and traveling. He was most known for loading up his family and taking vacations to Mountain View. He enjoyed sitting on the square and listening to bluegrass and country music. When his health failed, he enjoyed watching The Voice on television. He will be remembered for many things, to include his favorite saying, “Everything’s Lovely” as well as his nephew referring to him as “Superman”.
He was preceded in death by his father, Wilburn Waggle; one sister, Elaine Mobley; one granddaughter, Rentha Hart; two sisters-in-law, Edna Pauline Rowe and Lorene “Polly” Smith; and two special lap dogs, Sugarbaby and Tiny.
Left to cherish his memories is his wife of 51 years Aggie ‘Teeny’ Waggle; a daughter, Melinda Hart (Thomas); son, Thomas Waggle (Edna) and his beloved mother, Violet Mae Waggle as well as one sister, Ann Ferren (Rick) all of Searcy; 7 grandchildren, Christina Marie Santander of Kensett, Mitchell Thomas Hart of Kensett, Mitchell Wayne Berryhill (Niki) of Searcy, Christina Michelle Alberson (Davin) of Searcy, Erin Cadena (Heather), Kristy Lindley (Stephen) and Nick Cadena all of Mississippi; 15 great grandchildren, Thalia, Alexsia, Dominique, Izabela, Hunter, Emiliano, Antonio, Mahli, Haylee, Hayden, Evan, Conner, Ryan, Nathan, and Riley; one very special nephew Jerry Bowling (Rachel); one special niece Jennifer D’Andrea (Rick); 2 brothers-in-law, Willie and Harold; and his lapdog Sugarbaby 2.0.
