Mary V. Taylor

Mary V. Taylor, age 84, of Forrest City, Arkansas went to be with the Lord on Thursday, August 28, 2014. She was born January 14, 1930. Mrs. Taylor was a retired LPN and homemaker but was best known for being an avid gardener and wonderful cook. She is preceded in death by her parents; husband, J. C. Taylor; two sons, Joe Taylor and Rodger Taylor; two brothers and two sisters. Mrs. Taylor is survived by son, Steve Taylor and his wife Louise of Wynne; two daughters in law, Brenda Taylor of Fayetteville and Judy Taylor of Searcy; nine grandchildren, Coleman Taylor of Fayetteville, Addison Taylor and his wife McKenzie of Fayetteville, Isabelle Taylor of Fayetteville, Samuel Taylor of Fayetteville, Neil Taylor and his wife Kristin of Cabot, Blaine Baxley and husband Bruce of Searcy, Clark Taylor of Wynne, Jenny Vandiver and husband Kevin of Forrest City and Susan Yarbrough and husband Chris of Wynne; twelve great grandchildren. Graveside services are 2:00 p.m., Sunday, August 31, 2014 at Wilson Cemetery in Rison with Brother Danny Allen officiating. Funeral arrangements are by Buie Funeral Home of Rison. (870) 325-6216.
