Mary Lamb Rhodes

Mary Anna Alice Lamb Rhodes, 88, of Bryant, Arkansas, died Wednesday, January 5, 2011 at Fox Ridge Estates in Bryant. She was born on September 26, 1922 in Leola to the late Lenne Lee Lamb and Alice Reid Lamb. Mrs. Rhodes was a homemaker and a member of Leola Missionary Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Woodrow P. Rhodes and her parents.

She is survived by two sons, Patrick A. Rhodes of Hot Springs Village and Wayne P. Rhodes of Fayetteville; two daughters, Mary Michelle Erich of Fillmore, California and Linda A. Rhodes; five grandchildren, Brandy Alice Cox of Clarksville, Shyla Smith of Tulare, California, Bryce Erich of Fillmore, California, Tenaya Wickstrand of San Marcos, California, and Sara Morris of Magnolia and two great-grandchildren, Zachary Cox and Nicholas Cox.

Funeral services are 3:00 P.M. Sunday January 9, 2011 at Leola Missionary Baptist Church with the Reverend Doctor Tom M. Deere officiating. Interment will follow in Leola Cemetery. Visitation is 2:00 P.M. Sunday, January 9, 2011 prior to the service. Memorials may be made to the Mary Lamb Rhodes Memorial, Leola Missionary Baptist Church.
