Marvin Padgett Jr

Marvin Padgett Jr., age 79 of Grapevine, Arkansas, died Sunday, March 20, 2011 at Baptist Medical Center in Little Rock. He was born June 20, 1931 in Evergreen, Alabama. Mr. Padgett was a Heavy Equipment Mechanic, a Baptist, and served his country in the United States Navy. He was preceded in death by his parents.

He is survived by his wife, Dora Padgett of Grapevine; four sons, Marvin (Debbie) Padgett of Little Rock, Tim (Sylvia) Durham and Jimmy (Isabelle) Durham, both of Houston, Texas, and David (Carol) Durham of Nebraska; daughters, Teresa (Tommy) Tegland of Rockport, Missouri, Lisa (Rollie) Watson of Huron, South Dakota, and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be 10:00 11:00 A.M. on Wednesday, March 23, 2011 at Buie Funeral Home in Sheridan. Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Buie Funeral Home of Sheridan. (870 9423231).
