Marian Hall Billings

Marian Hall Billings age 70 of Rison, was gathered into Gods arms on Good Friday, April 10, 2009, following a short illness. She was born September 19, 1938 in Kingsland, a daughter of the late Isaac Ervin Hall and Maude Marie West Hall. Mrs. Billings was self employed and a member of Bethel Number One Missionary Baptist Church. She was also preceded in death by two brothers, James Everett Hall and Rodney Hall

Mrs. Billings is survived by her husband of forty two years, W. M. Billings of Rison; son and daughter-in-law, Bobby and Jackie Lisemby of Fordyce; daughter and son-in-law, Renee and Scott Davison of Little Rock; step-children, Brent Billings and wife Lisa, and Tracy Billings all of Stephensville, Texas; sister and brother-in-law, Anna Sue and Virgil Southern of Lavaca; nine grandchildren.

Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, April 14, 2009 at Bethel Number One Missionary Baptist Church with Brother Jim Tollison, Brother Nick Flowers and Brother Wade Totty officiating. Burial will follow in Greenwood Cemetery. Visitation will be from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Monday, April 13, 2009 at Buie Funeral Home. Grandsons and nephews will serve as pallbearers.
