Margie Nell Allred

Margie Nell Allred was born January 22, 1940 in Woodlawn, Arkansas to Elbert Stover and Alice Marie

Stover. She was a graduate of Woodlawn High School. Before retiring, she worked as a secretary in the

Farm Bureau insurance office in Rison.

Margie was a faithful member of Center Missionary Baptist Church as well as a member of the ladies

auxiliary. She loved cooking, music, nature, poetry and photography. She enjoyed spending time with

her family. She always looked forward to the holidays and summer vacations on Pensacola Beach. She

always made a point to show how much she loved them. One thing she always wanted was snow on her

birthday. There are no words that could describe how strong of a lady she was.

She passed away in her home on November 4, 2024 surrounded by her family. Preceding her in death

were her parents and her brothers Elbert Lee Stover and Jimmy Stover.

Survivors include her husband, Jackie Allred, her daughter, Teresa Jacks (Steve) of Woodlawn; her

grandchildren, Jennifer Jacks (Jett) of Star City, Lance Jacks (Melissa) of Rowell, Jared Jacks (Melanie) of

Stigler, OK, and Jacob Jacks (Kelsey) of Bentonville; her great- grandchildren, Titus Furneaux, Jacks Marie

Furneaux, Jude Furneaux, Marlee Jacks, Landon Jacks, Jolie Jacks, and Oliver Jacks; siblings, David Stover

and Jerry Don Stover.

Visitation will be held at Center Missionary Baptist Church at 10:00 am Thursday November 7th Funeral

services will immediately follow with Bro. Doney Blackerby officiating. A brief graveside service and

burial will follow at Wesley Chapel Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Lance Jacks, Jared Jacks, Jacob Jacks, Jett Furneaux, Doug Allred, and Tony Allred. In

lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials to Wesley Chapel Cemetery donations can be received at 2290 Hwy 63 Rison, AR. 71665.
