Margaret "Peggy" Juanita Tucker

Margaret “Peggy” Tucker, age 71 of Rison, passed away Friday, April 17, 2020.  She was born October 2, 1948 in Wichita, KS to the late Walter and Mildred Gay Ingrum.  She was raised in Duncan, OK, where she received her education. She was a graduate of Duncan High School. Peggy was a long-time member of Macedonia Missionary Baptist Church.  She was a retired sleep tech and enjoyed helping her patients.  Peggy was a loving mother, Meme, sister and friend, and loved to play bunko.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Lawrence “Larry” Tucker, brothers, Richard and Mike Ingrum, and her sisters, Cleta Tirey and Cookie.

Peggy is survived by her children, Larry “Bo” Tucker of Pine Bluff, Jamie Tucker (Alyssa) of San Diego, CA, Lyndee Riggins (Ricky) of Navarre, FL, and Laurie Rhodes (Michael) of Rison, 14 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren, her brother James Ingrum and his wife DeAnn, sister, Anita Lott and husband Sylvester, sister in laws; Linda Ingrum, Veresa Ingrum, Diane Tucker, Dorothy Graham and a host of nieces and nephews.

Viewing hours are from 9:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m., Monday, April 20, 2020 at Buie Funeral Home in Rison.  A graveside service will be 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, April 21, 2020 at Macedonia Cemetery in Rison, AR with Bro. Sluggo Norris officiating.
