Margaret Cupit

Margaret Cupit, age 75, died peacefully in her sleep on June 6, 2022. She was preceded in death by her husband, Gene Cupit, her daughter, Jamie Cupit, and her sister, Helen Belk Allen. Margaret was born to the late Robert and Rose Ellen Belk of Conway. She is survived by her daughter, Tami Threet; her sister, Rosalee Collins; grandsons, Parker Threet, Mason Threet and baby James; as well as many other extended family and friends.

Margaret was a strong woman who lived her entire life in devotion to her family. She spent each day involved in her children's activities and worked alongside her husband in their business until she could no longer do so. Instead of complaining about her long-term illness, she took it as an opportunity to get to know and love the many doctors and nurses who cared for her. She was one of a kind with her quick wit, loyalty, humor, and strength. If she ever knew and loved you, she always knew and loved you. Her favorite thing in the world was spending time with her grandchildren, and her second favorite thing was telling stories about them. She is so loved and will be greatly missed.

Graveside services will be held 2:00 pm Saturday, June 11, 2022 at Oak Bowery Cemetery in Saltillo, Arkansas.

Pallbearers will be Parker Threet, Mason Threet, Matt Collins, Justin Cupit and Josh Pettus.
