Lois Marie Blake Heffner

Lois Marie Blake Heffner, age 93, passed from this life Monday, September 4, 2017. She was born November 28, 1923 in Sheridan. Mrs. Heffner was a faithful member of Lorance Drive Church of Christ since 1953. She was preceded in death by her parents, Mr. and Mrs. O. B. Blake and five brothers, Edgar, Calvin, Basil, Carthell, and Rayford; husband, Wayne T. Heffner; and daughter, Patricia Ann Heffner Scherr.

She is survived by one son, David Wayne Heffner; four grandsons, Aaron Heffner, Samuel Heffner, both of Jacksonville, Florida, Andrew Jackson, and Michael Scherr, both of Spokane, Washington; special niece, Joyce Moore of Little Rock; and several other nieces and one nephew.

Funeral services are 10:00 a.m., Friday, September 8, 2017 at Buie Funeral Home in Sheridan with Minister David Sweet officiating. Interment will follow at Lost Creek Cemetery in Sheridan. Arrangements are by Buie Funeral Home of Sheridan. (870) 942-3231.
