Logan Garrett Prescott

Logan Garrett Prescott, age 17 of Rison, passed away on Tuesday, August 7, 2012 in a car accident. He was born March 11, 1995 in Pine Bluff, Arkansas to Jeff and Lisa Brown Prescott. Logan was a Senior at Rison High School where he was member of the football team and ran track. He loved playing video games; texting his friends and being on Facebook. He was preceded in death by a brother, Joseph Prescott and his paternal grandparents, Raymond and Polly Prescott. He is survived by his parents, Jeff and Lisa Prescott of Rison; two brothers, Dustin and his wife, Lindsey Prescott of Des Arc, Arkansas, Jared Prescott of Rison; maternal grandparents, Bob and Janet Brown of Perryville; nephew, Payne Prescott of Des Arc. Funeral services will be 10:00 a.m. Friday, August 10, 2012 at Bethel #1 Missionary Baptist Church with Brother Wade Totty officiating. Interment will follow at Greenwood Cemetery in Rison. Visitation will be from 6-8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home. Pallbearers will be Taylor Pate, Casey Rogers, Conner James, Devonta Jones, Jesse Wooten and Will Clifton. Honorary pallbearers will be the Rison High School Football Team and Coaches. The family has requested memorials be made to Rison High School.
