Lisa Evette Scott, age 49 of Rison passed away, Friday, July 4, 2014 at her home. She was born July 26, 1964 in Jackson, Tennessee to John William and Linda Plumlee Beck Jr. She is survived by her son Jessie Lunsford of Rison; daughter, Laura (Dillan) Peterson of England, Arkansas; mother, Linda (Dwain) Williams of Woodlawn; sister, Arlette (Jeff) Billings of Woodlawn; brothers, John Beck III of Star City, Ben Beck, Tim and Wesley Williams, all of Woodlawn; three grandchildren, Hayden Lunsford, Layla and Cheyenne Peterson. Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m. Friday, July 11, 2014 at Buie Funeral Home with Brother David Leopard officiating. Burial will follow at Friendship Cemetery near Woodlawn. Visitation will be from 6- 8 p.m. Thursday, July 10, 2014 at the funeral home. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Buie Funeral Home & Crematory of Rison. (870) 325-6216
