Lee Roy Ahearn, age 80, of Vilonia, passed away Sunday, May 1st, 2022, at Beebe Retirement Center.
He was born December 29, 1941, in Blue Eye, Missouri to Arther Ahearn and Margrette Ahearn Boyd. He was a Christian in the Assembly of God faith. He worked and retired as a Construction Superintendent from Matson Construction. He enjoyed working on cars as well as hunting.
He leaves to cherish his memories, his wife of 62 years, Dolores Ahearn of Vilonia; one daughter, Anita Hooper and husband, Roy of Beebe; two sons, Arther Ahearn and wife, Melissa of Antioch; Andy Ahearn and wife, Donna of Vilonia; his sister-in-law, Bessie Woolery of Clinton, Missouri; eight grandchildren and four great-grandchildren; as well as numerous other family and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Arther Ahearn and Margrette Ahearn Boyd; three brothers, and one sister.
The family will receive friends on Thursday, May 5th, 2022, from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Vilonia Funeral Home Chapel, 1134 Main Street, Vilonia, Arkansas 72173. Funeral Services will be held Friday, May 6th, 2022, at 10:00 am in Cypress Valley Cemetery, 114 Stanley Road, Vilonia, AR 72173, with Pastor Leslie Robinson officiating.
