Laurie Ann Skodzenski

Laurie Ann Skodzenski, age 31, of Sheridan, passed away Sunday, January 4, 2015 at her home. She was born March 3, 1983 in Pine Bluff, the daughter of Becky Lynn Skodenski Brooks. Laurie graduated from Dollarway High School and attended Centennial Fellowship Church in White Hall. She loved football, especially her Razorbacks and the Cowboys. Left to cherish her memory, mother, Becky Brooks and her husband, Tommy of Sheridan; brother, Michael Hurst of Pine Bluff; and sister, Lindsey Linder and her husband, Scott of Lonoke. Funeral services are Thursday, January 8, 2015, 2:00 p.m., at Buie Funeral Home in Sheridan with Pastor Calvin Holmes officiating. Visitation will be prior to the services beginning at 1:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Laurie Skodzenski Fund at First Arkansas Bank and Trust, 600 West Main Street, Jacksonville, Arkansas 72076.
