Kelly Leann Ashcraft

Kelly LeAnn Ashcraft, age 43 of Stuttgart, passed away on February 16, 2022. She was born on June 14, 1978, in Pine Bluff to Houston and Pat Ashcraft. Kelly was a graduate of Woodlawn High School and the University of Arkansas at Monticello. She earned degrees in Criminal Justice/Psychology and a Master of Arts in Teaching. She was a special education teacher for the Clarendon School District.

Kelly dearly loved her family and friends and was an avid lover of animals. There wasn’t a stray that came by that didn’t get a good meal and a warm welcome.

Kelly was preceded in death by her father, Houston Ashcraft.

Kelly will be lovingly remembered by her daughter, Hattie Haygood of Fayetteville; her mother, Pat Ashcraft of Pansy; her brother, Clay (Carrie) Ashcraft of Tichnor; her nephew and niece, Eli Ashcraft, and Ella Claire Ashcraft of Tichnor.

Memorial services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on February 19, 2022, at Union United Methodist Church at Rye with the Reverend Rick Mercer officiating.
