Judy Glover

Judy Glover, age 59 of Jefferson, died Friday, August 7, 2009 at her home. She was born August 21, 1949 in Warren, a daughter of the late Hughie and Mae Dene Thornton Ashcraft. Mrs. Glover was a homemaker and a member of Pine Grove Baptist Church in Pine Bluff. She was also preceded in death by one brother, Marshall Ashcraft.

Mrs. Glover is survived by her husband, Junior Glover of Jefferson; two sons and daughters-in-law, Stevie Glover and Marla Rainwatter, Robert and Karen Glover, all of Star City; two daughters and sons-in-law, Christal and Jack Bennett, Shannon and Tommy Howard, all of Jefferson ; two sisters, JoAnn Prather of Jefferson, Gail Driver of Malvern; eleven grandchildren, Justin Howard, Aaron Howard, Katy Howard, Dylan Glover, Cody Glover, Britney Bennett, Destiny Bennett, Landon Glover, Emily Rainwatter, Taylor Hawkins and Hunter Hawkins; three great grandchildren, Dalton Wright, Grady Wright and MaKayla Wright.

Funeral services are 11:00 a.m., Monday, August 10, 2009 at Pine Grove Baptist Church with Reverend Dewey Howell officiating. Burial will follow in the Prosperity Cemetery. Visitation is 6:00 to 8:00 p.m., Sunday, August 9, 2009 at Buie Funeral Home in Rison. Arrangements are under the direction of Buie Funeral Home of Rison (870)325-6216.
