Judith J. Manley, age 82 of Searcy, originally of Lepanto transitioned peacefully on the morning Wednesday July 31st. Judy was born in November of 1941 to Ida (McWhirter) and James H. Johnston. Judy was a loving mother and grandmother who cherished her family. Judy ran the Frozen Delite for many years, later she worked and retired from First Security Bank. She was a member of the Cloverdale Church of Christ.
Judy was preceded in death by her beloved daughter Theresa Clark and grandson Roman Manley. Judy was also preceded in death by her parents; sisters Maxine Hyde, Pauline Hall, Charline Sauder, Peggy Overby; Annabelle Moser and brothers Clyde Johnston and Jack Johnston.
Judy is survived by her sons Alan Manley and Troy Manley, and her daughter Suzanne Louks. Her surviving grandchildren that she loved dearly include: Ashley Brown, Lindsey Gray, Josh Manley, Brooke Green, Pallas Manley, Jewels Manley, Catie Ballard, and Cody Clark. Her surviving great grandchildren include: Anna Gray, Savannah Brown, Nathan Brown, Bryleigh Johnson, Lisey Manley, and Jace Green. Judy has numerous beloved nieces and nephews.
A Visitation will be held on Saturday, August 3rd, from 8:00 a.m. until 9:00 a.m. at Cole Funeral Home in Kensett, Arkansas. A Graveside Service will follow at 11:30 a.m. at Potter Memorial Cemetery in Lepanto, Arkansas.
