Joshua Schmidt

Joshua Schmidt, 26, of Judsonia, passed away March 7, 2022.  He was born June 16, 1995, at Searcy, Arkansas.
He was a 2014 graduate of White County Central; recently fathered his first son and was raising a bonus daughter as his own as well.   He was currently employed at Sunrise Motorsports and worked with his father at Jamie’s Cores, parting out automobiles.
He is survived by his fiancé, Amber Morris; children, Charlotte Holmes and Jackson Dale Schmidt; parents, Nickie Spiker (James), Jamie Schmidt (Andrea), and Craig Stewart all of Judsonia; a sister, Brittany Schmidt; his Spiker siblings, Parker, and Stewart siblings; grandparents, Austin and Patricia Stewart, James Schmidt, Sr., and Ken and Kay Zuber; great grandparents, Frank and Marylou Osborne; as well as a host of other extended family and friends.
He was preceded in death by grandparents, Richard Herrera, Sr. and Linda Binyon; uncles, Richie Herrera, Jr., and Patrick Schaaf; and his brother, Coty Thrasher.
Visitation will be Monday, March 14, 2022, 12 until 1pm at White County Central Auditorium with funeral services at 1:00 p.m.  Burial will follow at Providence Cemetery.
