Jody Ray Mccool

Jody Ray McCool, 51, of Glenwood (formerly of Sheridan), died Sunday, December 28, 2014, at St. Vincent Hospital in Hot Springs. Jody was born July 11, 1963, in Great Falls, Montana, a son of James Edward McCool and the late Mary Agnes Streeter McCool. He was reared and received his education in Sheridan. Throughout his life, Jody was employed as a truck driver, heavy equipment operator, and recently was overseeing a chicken farm. He is survived by his father, James E. McCool of Leola; three sons, Jody Ray McCool, Jr. of Sheridan, Justin McCool and DeWayne McCool , both of Hot Springs; a stepdaughter, Brandy Griffith of Bonnerdale; three step-grandchildren, Hanna, Kayley, and Lilly Griffith; two brothers, Billy and Tim McCool, both of Clinton; three sisters, Letha Jackson and Janice Elrod, both of Benton, and Joyce Nutt of Willow. He was preceded in death by his mother, Mary Agnes McCool. A memorial service will be Friday, January 2, 2015, 2:00 PM, in the Chapel of Buie Funeral Home at Sheridan.
