Joann Sparkman

JoAnn Sparkman 85, of Searcy passed away Saturday, May 6, 2023.  She was born August 15, 1937, in Bentonville, Arkansas to the late Clarence and Geneva Roland.

She is survived by her husband of 66 years Thurman; daughter Elizabeth Hellmann (Greg); son Billy Sparkman; brother Johnny Roland; two sisters Kay Altom and Evelyn Horn; three grandchildren April Worley (Brent); Ashley Hicks; Adam Hellmann (Tasha); nine great grandchildren Brooklyn, Blake, Tori, Braxton, Brylee, Savannah, Brayden, Alexis, Hunter.  She is also survived by nieces and nephews and many others that loved her.

She is preceded in death by her parents and two brothers Clifford and Billy Roland.

A celebration of life memorial will be held June 5, 2023 at the Higginson Community Center from 5pm to 7pm.  Address 308 Main St. Higginson
