Jimmy "J.L." Leopard

Jimmy "J.L" Leopard age 82 of White Hall died Friday, January 23, 2015 at JRMC in Pine Bluff. Mr. Leopard was born in Rison, January 14, 1933 a son of the late Thomas Leopard and Myrtle "Dump" Edwards Leopard. Mr. Leopard was a retired employee of the Arkansas Highway Department, enjoyed being outdoors, and visiting with his friends and family. He was a member of Maranatha Baptist Church, and preceded in death by his wife, Carolyn Sue Leopard and sister, Louise Beck. Survived by two sons, Jimmy J. Leopard and wife Angie of Watson Chapel, Tony Leopard of White Hall; four daughters, Melissa Sutton and husband Mike of Vincennes, Indiana, Ann Summerville and husband Sam of Alexander, Brenda Leopard McGriff of White Hall, Judy Lowery and husband Charles of White Hall; Sister Helen Rundell of Pine Bluff; eleven grandchildren, Michael and Danny Sutton, Kim Wright, Keith Summerville, D.J. Myers, Alley Knight, Jonathan and Andrea Leopard, Chasity Goodlow, Jeremy and Haley Lowery; several great grandchildren. Visitation is 6-8 p.m. Monday, January 26, 2015 at the Buie Funeral Home. Cremation Arrangements are by Buie Funeral Home of Rison.
