Jerry Stuckey Sr., 65, of Des Arc, passed away January 3, 2019 at Unity Health in Searcy. He was born July 11, 1953 at McCrory to the late Lawrence and Juanita Gaddis Stuckey.
Jerry was a 1972 graduate of McCrory High School. He was a member of St. Mary’s Catholic Church in McCrory. Jerry was a retired owner-operator truck driver and loved his grandchildren dearly. He also loved being outside; barbecuing with family; mud racing and duck hunting was a few of his hobbies.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers, Gary Lynn Stuckey and Terry Wade Stuckey.
He married Evelyn Frazier Stuckey January 21, 1973; she survives. He is also survived by three children, Angela Stuckey Hill (Taddy) of Des Arc, Jerry Stuckey Jr. (Janet) of Hickory Ridge, Ark., and Tanya Stuckey of Des Arc; six grandchildren, Aaron, Zack, Tyler, Hunter, Jaxson, and Jared; six great grandchildren, Hayden, Kinsley, Avery, Case, Adleigh, and Aiden; one nephew, Boyce Pete Stuckey (Renee); as well as extended family and many friends.
Visitation will be 5-7 Friday, January 4, 2019 at Sullivan Funeral Care in Kensett. Funeral Mass will be 10:00 am Saturday, January 5, 2019 at St. Mary’s Catholic Church in McCrory. Burial will follow at Fakes Chapel Cemetery in McCrory.
