Jean Aud

Jean Aud age 79 of Sheridan, died Thursday, March 13, 2008 at White Hall Nursing Center. She was born August 29, 1928 in Kingsland, a daughter of the late Edward Parnell and Neomi McCoy Parnell. She was a retired mail carrier and member of First Assembly of God of White Hall. Mrs. Aud was also preceded in death by her husband, Robert S. Aud; son, Aubrey Aud; granddaughter, Tonya Aud.

Mrs. Aud is survived by two sons and daughters-in-law, Robert and Donna Aud of Sheridan, Perry and Cindy Aud of Pine Bluff; three daughters and sons-in-law, Glenda and David Johnson of Fort Worth, Texas, Janice and Mike Blackwell of Pine Bluff, Jeanette and Johnny Dollar of Redfield; two brothers, Ray Parnell of Little Rock, Lavelle Parnell of Pine Bluff; seventeen grandchildren, twenty five great grandchildren.

Graveside services will be 2:00 p.m., Monday, March 17, 2008 at Brown Cemetery near Pine Bluff. Visitation will be from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. Sunday, March 16, 2008 at Buie Funeral Home in Rison. Grandsons will serve as pallbearers. Memorials may be made to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. Arrangements are under the direction of Buie Funeral Home of Rison (870) 325-6216.
