James David Neal

James David Neal, 79 of West Point went to be with the Lord on April 6th. He was born on January 8, 1945. He was a life long resident of West Point, where he served on the town council for years. He was an employee of Matthews International for over 30 years. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and was a devoted Arkansas Razorback fan. He enjoyed spending time with his family and friends.

Left to cherish his memory are his children, James Wesley Neal of Devall Buff, Dana Lyons (Greg) of West Point, and sister, Mary Walls (Tommy) of Searcy. Six grandchildren, Bobbie Sue Lyons of West Point, Breanna Lyons of West Point, Emily Neal, Matthew Neal, Nathan Neal, and Christian Neal all of Searcy.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Louise Neal, and parents, Dudley and Reba Neal.

He will be greatly missed by all.

Family will have a visitation on Saturday, April13th, from 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. at West Point Community Center. A Graveside Service will follow at 2:00 p.m. at Searcy Faith Assembly on Highway 16 in Searcy. Everyone is welcome to come.
