James Hershel Palmer, age 74, of Enola, Arkansas, passed away on Tuesday, March 22nd, 2022.
He was born on May 3, 1947, in Enola, Arkansas to Paul and Betty Palmer. He was a Christian and a member of Crossroads Church of Christ. He was a veteran in the United States Army during the Vietnam era. He enjoyed traveling, fishing, woodworking and spending time with his family. He was currently working at Conway Family Eye Care as an Optician.
He leaves to cherish his memories, his wife of 56 years, Linda (Beene) Palmer of Enola; one daughter, Melissa Manning (Mark) of Conway; one son, Shane Palmer (Jennifer) of Greenbrier; one brother, Clint Palmer (Shirley) of Little Rock; four grandchildren, Makayla Manning, Maleah Manning, Logan Palmer and Larson Palmer; as well as a host of extended family and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Paul and Betty Palmer.
The family will host a memorial service at 1:00 pm, Saturday, March 26th, 2022, at Enola Church of Christ, 253 AR-107, Enola, Arkansas 72047, with David Heffington officiating.
