James Edwin Goggans

James Edwin Goggans, age 76, of Herbine went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, July 11, 2017 at his home. Mr. Goggans was born on June 20, 1941 in Rison, Arkansas, to John and Mabel Gavin Goggans. He attended Free Hill Free Will Baptist at Herbine. Mr. Goggans was preceded in death by his parents and one sister, Betty Parker.

He is survived by his wife, Dorothy Goggans of Herbine; two sons, Gary Goggans of Monticello, Kevin Goggans of Dundee, Mississippi; one daughter, Cindy Smith of Texarkana, Arkansas; three step-sons, William Donaldson, Floyd Donaldson, Mike Donaldson; three sisters, Lois Harris of Ashdown, Martha Crane of Texarkana, Arkansas, Nancy Mitchell of Hot Springs; eleven grandchildren; seven step-grandchildren; seven great grandchildren and five step-great grandchildren.
